AIRFRAME LOGS ARE INCOMPLETE . (Logs from 1985 to present are intact), Engine logs are complete for present engine installed (Ram160hp) compression at last annual1/2021 74/76/76/75. Power flow exhaust, has 18 gallon STC auxiliary tank installed in baggage compartment. Basic 6 pack Older nav/com (Collins & king) both work. King 76 transponder no ADSB. Nice leather interior 7/10. Exterior is in overall good shape 7/10.

Decent 6 pack with clean glass in all 6 gauges, Garmin 300 GPS that is out for repair at the moment but hope to have it back soon
Airframe
Very clean bird, no damage in the logs that are present, no hail damage, no hangar rash , flap/aileron gap seals, new aileron hinge hardware, plane has a nice ramp presence.
Engine / Propeller
Not your typical L model. The 160 horse paired with the power flow exhaust definitely has the extra power that your not privy to on a typical L model. Mid time engine has had oil analysis for about 5 oil changes now and shows a great trend. Prop is in great shape with no noticeable dings or nicks
Interior / Exterior
Plush cream leather seats that are in good shape, headliner in good shape along with all the plastic, STC 15 gallon aux fuel tank in the baggage compartment that really extends the range. Exterior is in good shape with no visible hangar rash nor hail damage, glass is in great shape with the front windscreen being UV tinted.
