Aircraft Description
1971 172L always hangared, complete logs, no damage history, just went thru extensive annual, all compressions mid to high 70’s. KMA20 TSO, KX155 w/ GS, KX170b VOR, DME, Garmin 300XL, KT 76, IFLY GPS, LED LL, New carb, new seat rails, all new hoses under cowling, new scat, new Gill battery, and much more. TT3878, TSMOH 2038. Aircraft was flown almost a 100 hrs this past year and is being flown regularly so times will change. Aircraft flys hands off and performs beautifully.

Airframe
With only 3878 TT this low time aircraft is in GREAT condition. Lived most of its life in a dry climate in an enclosed hangar. Zero corrosion and no damage history. No hail damage No hangar rash.
Engine / Propeller
Engine is at TBO but has had oil analysis for the last few years with a great report every 30 hrs. Prop was recently dressed and repainted and in great shape
Interior / Exterior
WOW..... N172CC is a show stopper with its beautiful ramp presence paint is in great shape but does have a few blemishes on cowling around the cam locks, glass is great with zero hazing, 8/10 Interior is in great shape front pilot/copilit seats have sheep skin covers. Seat tracks recently replaced. 7/10
