Although this aircraft needs paint (original with touch ups, 2/10), fuel tank work (a few leaks but airworthy) and has a high time engine (1950 SFReman), the motor is still strong with 1qt/10 hour oil consumption, good compressions (all 70’s+/80) and good oil analysis. Prop about 850 since OH (NO AD hub), Skytec Starter. Many Lasar speed mods are done (Cowl Closure, Flap and Aileron gap seals, Tail faring, brake rotation). Nice avionics package with 2 Garmin G5’s, PMA450 audio panel, Garmin 430w, L3 9000-NGT ADS-B in/out with WIFI, KX155 w/GS, EI UBG, EI Fuel Flow, EI carb/oat. Guardian panel mounted CO detector, Airtex 406 ELT. Veneer Prop and mixture controls. Interior recent and leather (8/10). Glass is good. Nearly new Powerflow exhaust and Challenge air filter (installed last annual). Finewire plugs. Whelan LED Beacon/Strobe and Landing Light. Interav Alternator, Radio Master installed. Has some damage history (hit on ground by another aircraft while parked, all damage repaired by Lasar). This aircraft has an honest 145 knot+ cruise speed @8K at WOT minus a bit @2300RPM and 8.7 GPH.
