Airframe
Very clean airframe with no corrosion, aircraft was previously owned by an A&P that had completely replaced/repaired anything that was needing attention. New tires/brakes /bearings/brake lines. New cowling, and new nav lighting.
Engine / Propeller
Engine is running strong and all commissions are in low to mid 70's. Cam guard has been used for the past 5 years and oil analysis shows the engine to be healthy. Prop is in great shape with no burrs/dings.
Interior / Exterior
The previous owner (A&P) spared no expense. Every fastener was replaced when every piece of plastic was replaced. The dash was replaced as well. Glass was replaced within the past 2 years. Paint is in great shape, cowling was repainted in the past 2 years, No hangar rash.
