Aircraft Description
1965 Mooney M20C. Engine and prop upgraded to M20J equivalent. AF TT5225. SMOH 1721. Many speed upgrades. IFR certified, Johnson bar LG, ADS-B in/out (Garmin 345), Garmin GTN-650, KX155, engine monitor, PS audio panel, Dual Aspen 1000 Evolution displays, functional Autopilot (works great). Many items have been overhauled / replaced on the engine. All four cylinders over time, the latest was overhauled in DEC 22. Vacuum pump, ignition harness recently replaced. Mags replaced on previous annual. Nice paint and interior. Excellent fuel economy. Annual inspection completed 1/2024.

Very nice avionics package with the dual Aspen 1000evo's. The GTN650 plays very well with all in the panel and the older autopilot tracks very well. I have personally flown this aircraft for about 150hrs and it is a true hands off bird.
Airframe
Solid aircraft with no hail damage, paint is decent with blemishes on cowling and leading edges. aircraft flys true hands off.
Engine / Propeller
Engine is strong and performs great. Oil analysis has been performed for the last couple years and shows the engine is healthy. Prop is in good shape with no burrs or nicks.
Interior / Exterior
Interior is a two tone tan and brown leather that is plush and in great shape. Glass has been recently replaced. All plastic looks to be in great shape. Interior is a 6.5/10. Exterior is in good shape but could use a ceramic coating. There is blemishes on cowling and leading edges of wings and tail surfaces. The airframe has been heavily modified with almost every J conversion you can think of. Exterior 6/10.
Remarks
Overall great flying airplane. With the IO360 and all the J conversions its a true performer.
